Cool Features

Various Options: This game has a lot of options that you can adjust to make it easier or more difficult.

  • Forward Advance: When running, the ninja moves forward a little bit on the screen.  This moves the ninja to the right and ultimately gives the student less time to react to the obstacles.  This option makes the game more difficult.

  • How Many Buttons: You can select how many buttons the students need to press to play.  Setting this option to one or two will make the game easier for your students.

    • 1 button: Jump - students only need to jump over the spikes.

    • 2 buttons: Jump and slide - students will need to jump and slide over obstacles.

    • 3 buttons: Jump, slide, and slash - the default option for normal and hard difficulty.

  • Coins to Win: Adjust how many coins are required to win.  Make it lower to make the game easier or higher to make it more difficult.

  • Number of Rounds: Adjust how long the game will last.  If you change this, make sure to adjust the amount of coins needed to win.

  • Two/Three Student mode: This game allows more than one student to play a round.  Turning on this option will place the buttons at various points on the screen.  One student will be in charge of jumping, another sliding, and another slashing.  If only two buttons are turned on, then only the jump and slide button will be available.

  • Ninja Customization: Students can select the look and color of their ninja before they play.

Question Prompts: There are four question prompts that you can use when playing this game.  You can change between these at will.  The game download includes directions on how to prepare prompts 2-4.

  • No prompt: Simply ask a question to your students without a prompt in the game.  Ask any question you like.  Using this mode takes no preperation before starting the game.

  • Text Question Prompt: Prepare text questions and answers in advance using the included text document file.  This prompt will display your prepared questions when playing.

  • Picture Prompt: This prompt displays pictures that you've prepared in advance.

  • Keyword Prompt:  This prompt displays a set of keywords that you've prepared in advance.
